The dive itself was totally fine, and the crew were nice enough, but the whole boat experience was uncomfortable. It felt cramped, and there really wasn’t much dry space to put bags or sit without feeling in the way. On the ride back it got bumpy, and I couldn’t find anywhere to actually relax. For the price, I expected the boat to be a bit more comfortable and the overall experience to feel a little more taken care of. Instead, it kind of felt like we were just ticket numbers being moved through the trip. Not awful, just not what I was hoping for...

The crew just gave off a really rude, unprofessional vibe. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for anything. Everyone seemed to pass things around instead of taking ownership, so it felt like no one was really in charge or willing to help.

I felt like this was way too expensive for what I actually got. I was already unsure about the value, and then the email said one thing while everything else seemed to say another, which just made the whole experience more confusing. Not really worth the money for me

The staff were really kind and helpful, which stuck with me. The booking took a little longer than I expected, and I remember feeling a bit unsure at first, but they were friendly throughout and everything worked out fine in the end.

I was excited going into the dive, and the actual dive itself was fine, but the gear kind of brought my mood down a little. My mask leaked here and there, and the wetsuit felt worn out. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, but for the price, I was hoping the equipment would feel a bit better maintained

We booked the manta ray night snorkel, it ended up being disappointing. I probably made the classic mental shortcut of thinking “popular tour + high price = smooth experience,” but that was not really how it felt.
The crew seemed friendly enough, so I don’t want to make it sound like they were rude, but the whole thing felt rushed and a little disorganized. There was a lot of standing around and waiting, then once we were actually in the water, it felt crowded and kind of stressful instead of exciting.
I totally get that wildlife sightings are never guaranteed, and I wasn’t expecting some perfect movie moment. But for what we paid, I expected clearer communication and a more relaxed, better-run trip. We left cold, annoyed, and feeling like it just wasn’t worth it

Trying to book was frustrating. The replies were slow, and I couldn’t really get a clear answer about what was going on. It just felt messy overall, and I was kind of left in the dark while waiting for basic booking details
